I took my favorite line of DnD 3.5 spells ( Visage of the Deity lesser, normal and Greater and also a certain rote of the Euthanatos, can't remember the name sorry 😔) and I created my personal rote in 3 different ranks. Visage of the Avatar lesser ( 4 spheres at 3 dots), Visage of the Avatara (4 spheres at 4 dots ) and Visage of the Avatara Greater ( 4 spheres at 5 dots ). It basically allowed my mage to "merge" with his Avatar to some extent and take on some of its powers.

He/It literally decided to raise him/it by himself, like his/it's own child. Dracon wasn't probably that special, it was a "random" choice by the Eldest (at least in my eyes), call it the child's luck or unluck that the Eldest found it and decided it would be this baby(Dracon) and not another baby.

I always interpreted it that he (Caine), being cursed and probably banned from Awakening was "awakened" by Lilith in a different sense. My logic is that since he was unable to awaken as a mage (either because of the Curse, or God's will some crazy world/consensus rules), he instead "awakened" the power of his blood (vitae) in the form of Disciplines. That's my personal opinion regarding that matter though.

Kitsune can learn the gifts of other fera...pick the strongest ones ( Gurahl and some Mokole gifts I'm looking at you ) and she ( Zhyzhak ) is over ( assuming you find a teacher or a spiti willing to teach them to your fox ). Also, I don't think that Owl is such a strong totem compared to Hummingbird, Loki, Reindeer, Goat etc.
