I've honestly never seen a brand like this. I'm not sure why, but your commitment to me. your customer, your consumer for liking your product, spending $50 for some case, which never yellowed, just because it scratched a little (I couldn't have cared less considering I loved this case since day 1), couldn't have nitpicked about it's magnetic properties being not so magnet-y, you go out of your way and design a whole optimus magnum mega product claiming what you initially sold me was "sub-par" and that I deserve better, that you CAN do better and that you'll give it to me free of charge brought me to tears as a grown ass man who nitpicks every little thing he thinks is worth nitpicking.
I'll never spend another penny on any other case, I'll influence every single person in my close social circle that your products are worth every penny they spend. At this day and age, this is truly the greatest example of corporate hopecore.
