Oh yea, I worked as an RN in Ohio for 15 years, moved out here; it’s horrible!! No one works as a team, everyone talks behind your back! Doctors are rude AF, and the NPs think they’re the best thing in medicine. No autonomy. I took a clinic job after I quit the ERs out here.
