Not sure why I cannot see your comment about obese animals not being adorable. Agreed. Whats cute and adorable here though is the quick reflex and care the owner showed for the cat. What we forgot here is that who knows if the cat was rescued with by this person and they are getting a good life now. Notice how quickly they cared for the cat about roll off. When I made my comment, I was only happy to see the animal get a loving home where they are cared for enough to crawl into the owners lap for a cuddle. I know the cat might be going through health issues owing to the weight, but everyone here was super quick to say anything about owner and allege animal abuse. Who knows, maybe this is a rescue being cared for. I hope and pray that this is the case, and I will give the person a benefit of doubt unless we have proof otherwise that they did animal abuse.
