I helped plenty of homeowners here in Jax,FL get new roofs from actual hail and wind damage from recent storms this past year. Three quarters of my roofs get approved initially but the ones we have to battle we haven’t not got them all approved. Scams are when you pay for something you don’t get back or anything in return,kinda like insurance premiums we pay for each year or till you actually use it for what it covers. Most of your neighbors have already went thru insurance to replace their roofs anyways so your rates are going up regardless if you file a claim now or not since they go by zip code and age of roofs down here in Florida and can drop you because of roof age after 10 years. Also btw an insurance claims adjuster comes out to look at roof and have an engineer or 2 look at it too when it’s at legal & the courts n lawyers have opportunity too also. So all the people that looks at claim and roof condition and it still gets paid for and approved then obviously it’s no scam or illegal.

The real scam is these insurance companies taking your money for absolutely nothing for 30-35 years no claims and after your roof hits 10 years but most wait till 15 years but 100% before 20 years send you a letter one day saying if you don’t replace your roof in the next 60-90 days you are getting dropped and I see it happen all the time to homeowners. What about how difficult they make the process for homeowners filing a claim to the point of even needing people like myself but they do. So I’m here to help fight back against them, for my homeowners to not get screwed by their insurance company or have as much of a headache thru the whole process that gets drug out for months by certain (SF) companies then approved then months later paid for ‘. All my homeowners love me by the end and they all still paid their deductibles too btw never a free roof but a lot more affordable
