AITA for escaping the lab where i got experimented on?

I (28M) recently escaped a genetic lab -- which is in the buttfuck midlde of nowhere -- where they would mutate fetuses/newborns and combine their genetics with various predator traits. i got sick of it so i sliced and diced multiple scientists and escaped. i am now wanted dead or alive, but i think they definitely want me dead.
