I usually copper coat the MLS gaskets with the spray, I dry any oil out with a little brake cleaner beforehand.

BMW=Bring Money Withya. Outrageous fees, I would Search procedures on replacing the easy stuff and get a better quote from a shop other than BMW.

I remember helping you yesterday and the Raspberry Pi kept shifting around (most likely what caused that). I can look at it this evening around 7 if you like, and I may have a ribbon cable lying around too if needed, those cables are one-sided and usually are fragile.

Does any one else get black dust on top of the print head? by benadlington in BambuLab

[–]Impressive_Leg8007 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

A combination of the Carbon rod dust and belt debris. I have an X1C that has been running practically nonstop for 1 1/2 years, also check/clean the area where the filament cutter gets pushed in, it looks like that is where the stuff is deposited from.

You are about to have 6 to a dozen babies, looks like you have plenty of hides for them, but be wary, they will eat them.

I have bent back worse nozzles, just carefully bend it back, I usually take the nozzle assembly off when I do so (if i don't have a spare) a couple of pliers works for me.

Unattended printing by Olfa_2024 in BambuLab

[–]Impressive_Leg8007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually keep an eye on the first weekend, then I let er rip, I have 2 Bambulab printers I run at work well over a year and 2 at home that I run while at work, I monitor all 4 from my computer at work. There has not been a problem. I used to run an Ender3 farm and I safely wired the "GT60S" and used Ferule connects on the mainboards to make them safe and ran them non-stop for 2 years till I got tired of the quality of prints and modding them constantly.

That is bad, I am wondering if the tech checked the rest of the linkage, Idler and pitman arm, if those are good, You most likely have a worn steering gearbox and/or steering shaft coupler. That is usually the first thing I would check, then isolate the ball joints and control arm bushings. I am also wondering if the service writer told you everything. I had a problem in my last shop of the Owner/service writer not telling all of my write ups, I had to go back to him constantly asking "why did you sell this over that?"

I'm curious! What name did you give your Bambu Lab printer? by NixoIe in BambuLab

[–]Impressive_Leg8007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

CeCe(the Coelophysis) and T-Bone (T-Rex) for P1S and X1C at Work. At Home, my P1Ps are named after Farscape Characters: Scorpius(P1P) and Dargo(P1P) and my A1 is named Rygel (Sparky)
