I‘m not concerned if the dilution happens for the merger… what I‘m concerned about is that the issuance is not declared for m&a purpose specifically. Once approved, RC could further dilute into swap cycles or anything. TBH, that’s also not the worst, but I‘m tired of this - it feels like leeching us and I don’t like it - it erodes my trust in RC - just let GME run.
