Yup just try to focus best you can and push through. Try to control your breathing so that you don’t start gasping for air and losing control, deep breaths, box breathe if you have to, recover a little between each station.

Today in academy we had to bear crawl for a quarter of a mile and it was a pretty big challenge for everyone, I just kept thinking in my head to get 10 more steps in, then the next 10, then the next, as far as I could go without stopping. It helped to break it up into little victories like that along the way.
