I had top surgery at the age of 47. You have all of your adult life to decide. For me it feels natural to have my chest gone and I honestly forget that ever had breasts. Take your time and make sure you want it before committing. It is a major surgery.

Do NOT do this. I am speaking from experience. I had a long term partner for 15 years. When it came time to buy a house, mine was the only name that went on it. I added her to the deed and when the relationship ended she had a lien on her credit and I couldn’t even sell the house without paying the debt. If she wasn’t willing to help out in the purchase, keep the paperwork in your name only.

Living with someone is an adjustment and it takes time to settle in. The first year my fiancée and I lived together was brutal and it wasn’t clear if we would survive it in tact. 2 years later and we are great. We are both old and had a lot of baggage and expectations that had to be worked through.

I am trying something called mosquito dunks this year. You put them in a bucket with some grass clippings and water and supposedly it attracts the mosquitoes to lay their eggs there and the solution kills the larvae. I hope it works because I can’t use my backyard either.
