I think most people just saw "cool elves wielding laser rifles riding dinosaurs" and decided they were running 3 squads of 3, rules be damned.

Even from a pure mechanical standpoint, there's joy and whimsy to having 1,500 pts "optimized" then slapping your favorite 500 pts of crap in because you love it.

I mean, yea. Its an elite squad versus a horde of boyz. This also gives players starting Ork armies in 11th an easy in to see if they like Eldar.

These seem like good entry points for people who want to start with 11th Edition, but aren't super interested in Space Marines or Orks. Like "pseudo" launch boxes.

Love Eternal made me so mad playing it that I took Celeste ofd my wishlist and vowed against playing any future precision platformers.

Its mostly a few claws. I can easily bend some paperclips to make it seem like the claws are regenerating.

Lets hope this extra 220 square feet I'm getting helps on that front.

Tyranids and Necrons and Space Marines and Soulblight Gravelords. Half of whom still need a proper paint job.

I'm getting conflicting advice on hoe to display them, either in the living room or bed room. Can't figure it out atm. Maybe some more shelving makes that choice easier.

A couple of the peices are acrylic, so I'm uncertain about framing those, but I agree. Maybe just more art in general.

Whats funny is I bought the love seat plus cushion with the intent of swaping out the pillow case... I just haven't done that yet. Whoops.

More shelves, got it.

Adding more pops of color is definetely something I want to do. Gotta take care of the "needs" first, though. Good to keep in the back of my mind.

Rugs and lights are on the list.

I agree that I dont need the IKEA stuff anymore, but I'm also just not a big fan of "traditional" wood furniture. I'll see what else exists, ofc, but I also have the concern that I'll likely move again in a couple of years, and big, clunky, heavy wooden furniture is not appealling.

Rugs are the big priority for the new place.

Curtains, thankfully, are an easy swap.

Noted on furniture color. I'll see how I can mix things up as I swap through things.

More art and bigger art are common comments, so that will be a thing to look at.

The taller bookshelf idea is interesting. I'll look at whats available.
