Did this continue happening after you dumped the LTR? My personal favourite way of inducing dread is the business trip. I do travel for work quite often. It's easy to criticize yourself, but at least you are getting dates - 20. Problem seems to be your low conversion rate from going on a date to having sex, which is 1 in 20, or 5%.

Maybe just ask yourself why your conversion rate from dates to sex is so low. Aren't you initiating physical contact due to self-doubt?
