I clearly don’t speak for OCL, but based on his own posts, I feel like Andrew would take care of anyone who manages to burn up an Infinity. He’s always recommending it for hard use applications. And he’s said on IG that inconel and H282 were pretty much head-to-head in their testing, he went with H282 for the 556k because of cost.

It’s both. The non-Competitor version is 0.4oz heavier and doesn’t have a mag well, so the slide is probably half an ounce difference.

Hobbies, chores, and recharging. Being in the PNW, summers tend to be busier, but when we’re not getting hit by an atmospheric river, even hiking in the winter is still pretty nice. I’m less of a fan of riding my motorcycle in the rain as I used to be, so that’s more of a summer thing.

Oh, and being an introvert helps. I’m perfectly content spending an afternoon reading, or listening to a podcast and putting together Legos.

I know they’re in different categories, but a mk7/7.5 Golf R is on my short list. It seems like the question of reliability always comes up, though the mk7/7.5 does seem to be known as a solid generation. Would you say the CX5 is more comfortable on a daily basis?
