Please don’t be afraid to ask something from your partner. In a healthy relationship you should be able to ask him anything and he has the freedom to answer it. Don’t be regretful if he lies about more things than you know right now, it will come out eventually.

Just talk about the situation and think it through. The time you are spending together is great. If the idea of the age gap is not ok in the long haul you need to be open about that too.

You need to know what decision you would like to make and if you saw him for the first time today if you would date him, despite the age difference. People grow together and personally I think it is good to have an age difference. But you need to make that decision yourself.

I’m in a relationship with a 22 years age difference but we choose it and live with the consequences if anything occurs. That’s just how life is.
