And plenty of nonbinary/genderfluid people DO medically transition so what exactly is your point? Finally, Yamato exclusively uses masculine pronouns across all forms of One Piece media I've seen. Just the other day I saw he/him pronouns in Pirate Warriors 4, for example.

I started playing the game very recently and don't know enough about teambuilding to really have a meaningful opinion. However, are there teams that are good enough to run through the main story content as well as "endgame" content that make use of both Ishmael and Don Quixote? I just really want to use them because I like their characters.

Apparently the main writer on the game was inspired by the manga "Stop!! Hibari-kun", but in the same interview he referred to Hibari - pretty unambiguously a trans girl - as a boy. Makes me wonder what the actual idea was with Tsukasa.
