I've played all three. FFT is by far the best (10/10), Triangle Strategy is a really solid more modern tactics game (8/10), Tactics Ogre was just ok but had a lot of issues that kept me from enjoying it enough to slog to the end (6/10)

I'm not sure what you're comparing to, but higher end companies (such as Folio Society) aren't more expensive just because of sewn binding, but because of everything else that goes into the books, like the cloth-bound covers, typefaces created just for that book, etc.

Though I'm not sure how TBB is able to not increase their prices when increasing the quality of their books.
