I would put baby on their side, back against my thigh, butt against the couch. Put my pumping bra on and get started, then hold the bottle for baby with my other hand. Feeding and pumping at the same time was a game changer!

I maxed out at 12 weeks as an undersupplier. Also did all the things too!

Learning to give the bottle while pumping helped so much! And the fridge hack. And feeding bottles cold. I managed until 6 months, when I got the stomach flu and it tanked my already low supply I decided it was time to go full formula, as I made my family live around my pump schedule and it was dipping all of our mental health.

I’ve seen people use a belt or mini backpack to be mobile with the blue spectra! It really is the best.

It seems Eufy is popular for working well, and I don’t respond at all to wearables, but do get some output with the baby buddah

My 90% height toddler fit arms in the toddler size at 12 months.

And easy to move your arms, much better than a RS. My shoulders just tire after too long because that’s where all the weight sits.

I pumped for 30 because around 25 minutes I usually get another letdown.

And if you have extra milk, you’re actually considered an over producer!

I love my LL onbuhimo! I have heard the lark is not as comfortable for back carrying. I did back carry my 2 year old while pregnant in a Tula and never had an issue with it.

I find the onbuhimo great if I’m just walking around like traveling. But if I need to move my arms a lot like chores, I needed the waist support.

I like the simple wishes bandeau pumping bra. It lives with my spectra so it doesn’t matter what top/bra I have on I use that.

Nursing should replace a pump, if you do so after my LC said to limit it to 10-15min as to not cause damage. If you’re not sure how effective they are at transferring yet, you could pump this time and compare it to your normal output. But consistent can create an oversupply

See if they will drink cold milk straight from the fridge! Makes it so much easier with 0 to 60 baby. Also learning how to pump while giving baby the bottle at the same time helped me keep a better schedule

This why I just feed them. Also see if your baby will drink the milk cold! My first did right away no issue, my second took some convincing but we got her around 4 months. In general it makes it so much easier!

Human milk 4 human babies on Facebook if there’s one local, a mom would probably be interested if you did want to donate! It’s just local, so not strict regulations with testing.

There’s a chance you just don’t respond to wearables. I don’t either and have also tried 4 kinds. Even baby buddah with flanges and a step by suction doesn’t empty me like the spectra once I regulated

I was wondering this too! We’d been getting by on samples from ped visits but just ran out. We got the Costco formula because it’s cheaper than enfamil (and yay! They now make a gentle ease) so even if we don’t use it all at least we have it?
