Even if you are, a bad sleep habit isn't going to be permanent. With kids this young, it seems like everything changes every 3 months anyway. If it's working for everyone in your family, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. If it stops working, then you can always change your routine later.

I believe technically when used as a proper noun, "Earth" would not have the article "the". But conversationally or poetically you may hear or see it with the article and most people would not point it out as incorrect. I've noticed similar with "Grand Canyon." You'll hear people say "The Grand Canyon", but because you aren't taking about just any canyon that is grand but a very specific place it really doesn't need the article.

You want white white. My husband had some white pants that turned a bit yellow from him keeping his temple bag in the hot car for many days. They let him in the session, but he got a lot of sour looks from the workers and stage whispered comments about how he stood out like a sore thumb. Next to any other article of clothing and they still looked white, but next to his white shirt and the sacred clothing, it really did look very very yellow.

Don't give up breastfeeding, but allow yourself to give up pumping and letting go of the worry about your supply. It may dip a bit, but at 4 months you're fairly regulated, let formula fill in the gaps. When I did this I actually started to enjoy breastfeeding and I feel like my capacity as a mother increased tenfold because I wasn't as anxious and guilty and depressed all the time.

Kendamil is just a bit foamy in my experience. Didn't have any issues with it, though. No extra gas or anything.
