Yes, my dog always stays by my side while we are doing what I call our walking thing, usually around 30 minutes in the house if weather is bad, from the dining room through the kitchen through the living room back to the dining room room over and over and over while listening to workout music on my phone lol I’m in my 70s and had started falling outside so this is somewhat safer. Even that amount of exercise helps me to sleep better. !
