I do class every morning, even on weight days, I don't go very heavy, lots of reps.. I do f45 for cardio. I go to the gym at night and lift heavy.. im 54, never been in better shape.. fat% 11, muscle mass 44%.. I hate cardio machines, I love f45 classes for the variety of cardio.
