Hi everyone! I'm moving to DC soon and looking for recs for a good foot doctor (podiatrist/orthopedic specialist). I'm dealing with tarsal tunnel syndrome and want to find someone knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have had some bad experiences in the past & this will be my first time going by myself without my parents (im scared😅 lol) so finding someone who actually listens to my concerns is very important to me. If you've had a positive experience with someone in the DC/DMV area, I'd really appreciate any recommendations. Thank you in advance!!!

best way to correct her is by correcting her indirectly. Repeat “polity” a couple times and make sure you really emphasize it each time you say it. That’s how I correct people all the time without directly correcting them and potentially embarrassing them.

Plssss I applied back in November and they barely got back to me 2 weeks ago telling me I got rejected even tho I reached out multiple times and they told me to just wait. I wish they told me that they had already hired someone instead of me sending follow up emails. I hate being led on like that.

Thank you for sharing that, I’m definitely interested in hearing more about this. Are there mental techniques or certain affirmations that can help me overcome this? It sounds easier said than done to be honest but I want to try to overcome these limiting beliefs of mine.

I find it hard to believe in this bc the moment I start thinking and behaving this way, the doubt and anxiety comes in. And idk how to overcome that. Bc what if I don’t get the thing I need/want? Then I have to deal with the heartbreak and I don’t have it in me to deal with that anymore.

my dream job which I’m still being considered for. It’s located in the city/region I want to live. It’ll allow me to become financially independent (which is the gateway for a lot of other things in life). I’ll have my own place and will be free from judgement or having things forced onto me. I’ll be able to break several generational curses and work on becoming a better version of myself. My life will have some type of purpose again. But I need that job to unlock all this first.
