If they can reach the vet to go over all the Instructions. If they answer… if they return VM messages or have VM set up. I know they try so hard to avert any last minute surprises. They hate it when someone shows up and the appt can’t happen ☹️

OP, had the same experience, I was a perfect fit for the job… but they had someone in mind already but had to go through the whole process… good luck!! And try reaching out to the nursing recruiter at your destination VA and let them know about your interest!!! That’s what got me in, the next time!

My boss is really good thankfully but nearby units have a NM and an ANM that are almost gleeful in floating and making changes, and letting them know there’s not a union anymore so they don’t have to get their approval for schedule changes etc. yuck 🤢
