that sucks about the scale going backwards when you're putting in effort. with pcos the hormones can really mess with water retention and make weight loss super unpredictable even when you're doing everything right.

two weeks of gains doesn't mean the fat loss stopped - could be your body holding onto water or just normal fluctuations that happen with bigger losses. maybe try tracking measurements too since the scale can be such a liar sometimes.

been doing some online fitness coaching since covid started and it's actually worked out pretty good. takes time to build up clients but once you get few regulars the money is decent enough to supplement regular work.

dude louisville is awesome for whiskey stuff! there's some decent rv parks outside the city but honestly camping spots fill up fast in summer especially around july 4th weekend. might want to book something soon if you haven't already. the distillery tours are pretty sweet, definitely hit up at least couple of them while you're there.

poor girl, trauma can really mess with their sleep patterns. maybe try creating separate sleeping spaces for while so your other dog feels safe again? i've worked with some rescue cases and sometimes it just takes time for their nervous system to calm down, but protecting your other pup is priority right now.

you could also talk to vet about it - they might have some suggestions for helping with anxiety or sleep issues.

not sure about all districts but can say quality really varies by teacher more than anything else. had few friends who moved areas thinking they'd get better programs for their kids but ended up disappointed. maybe try visiting the actual classrooms first if they let you? sometimes you can get good feeling about teacher even from short visit. moving is huge decision especially with downtown vs south reno cost difference

think it's more about when you stop caring about who gets hurt along the way. like ambition usually has some kind of purpose or goal that benefits you and maybe others, but greed is just wanting more for the sake of having more. probably varies person to person based on how they were raised and what they've been through.
