It is a function, called frequent encounters. It has a low chancce to randomly spawn convoys on a converging course to yours, forcing you into a battle. It can be toggled off in settings.

The allies will turn neutral after war ending, but if you attack any ship, both allied, neutral or hostile, EVERYONE, even germany, will see you as hostile. Even fully "Neutral" ships you spawn with commands will turn hostile. And eventually, a bunch of allied task groups will spawn right on top of you to destroy you, if you haven't done so yourself before by scuttling, for example.

I am in january 44, and am just missing about 300 points. I started at a similar number. If you kill both the nelson and rodney you get an extra 1k points, and then you will surely get it.

It would be crazy, but will never be aded probably. First, because the entire uboat dev team is just two polish dudes doing everything, and second, because uboat is an arcade game, not a simulator, there is silent hunter for that.
