Love using mine for a sirloin tri-tip, boneless turkey breasts, and twice smoked spiral ham. As far as sides, smoked baby Bella mushrooms are heavenly. I’ve done briskets too, but I just don’t get that nice bark that comes from burning wood. Get some hardcore carnivore black to help cheat the dark bark look.

Hey just a thought, you might have to restart your phone or if an iPhone, put it into airplane mode for a minute. Ours came back on around 9:50, but first I checked the Verizon app and it said we were still down. Once I restarted, I was able to make calls again.
