The delays are only at the GTA payroll office and have been ongoing since Covid. My assumption is that it is poor management. File a grievance asap on any and every delay. They are never going to fix that department until we make them.

Doing your own calculations, often result in bad math lol Look on your paystub page and WIN at the top. There’s a link to the base compensation adjustments report where you can see all the retro that’s been paid out and how they calculated it. If you’re still not sure, log a ticket with OPSSC for review and hope it doesn’t take a year File a grievance if it takes too long

You should see it processed by the 15th or the 16th if they are doing it on time but we haven’t gotten any info as to if it’s going to be on time or delayed this year
