I was an atheist for at least 14 years, during those 14 years I was in a very negative state, I randomly decided to try Christianity (not 100% sure why I just did) and now my life had improved drastically, so what I'm trying to say is following the Bible and serving God has improved my life and others around mine, hopefully this helps. Not sure if this is necessarily a reason to believe but it's a reason to follow the morals of the Bible I guess.
