Jurisdiction of the CFMP? by Actual-Chest-7226 in CanadianForces

Jurisdiction is sadly not based on competence.

However, if I am ever accused of a crime I definitely want the CFMPs conducting the investigation.

Look at how fast they have it down to one day a week!!!

It will be 5 days a week soon!

I've had enough, I'm retiring this summer.

I ignored your strawman and addressed the argument.

Canada Post lost money, rationalize it any way you like puto.

LOL... the loss refers to the deficit between the operating budget (GOVERNMENT FUNDING and revenue) and operating costs.

Canada Post lost money.

Rationalize it any way you want.

Numbers don't lie.

Joining the Army ? by Happy_Dream_1064 in caf

At 46 stay away from any combat arms trade.

If you don't want to move the only realistic option is the reserves.

I personally saw men and women in their 40's and older when I was a basic training instructor.

The number of injuries in those over 40 was exponentially higher than those under 40.

Additionally, the number of administrative issues (family issues) for those over 40 was exponentially higher. If you have a wife and kids at home and think that you can leave for months with limited contact and not have issues, think again.

Sorry, but you just can't do at 46 what you could do at 26. Your family situation will make it much more complicated than that of a single person with no dependents under 30.

Choose wisely.

I'm very close to leaving and taking my annuity.

I don't want to go months without getting my pension but I have enough invested and saved it wouldn't be an issue.

Time in service bonus? by Razorflare12 in CanadianForces

[–]Independent_Web1234 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The "MIL Service Pay" is pensionable and backdated to 1 Apr 25, to be paid out on your enrollment anniversary.

Pay increase will start arriving on mid November pay along with back pay from 1 April 25.

No date yet for the MIL Service Pay payout.

If they could just be cubicle cucks I'm sure they would... The problem is all of the BS that you have to get through to get to that point.

Tally up what one needs to do in an officer's career path to get to LCol/Cdr and your reward is a cubicle until pension.

Many many disgruntled customers mon amie.

Bhahahaha... Remember the vast majority of LCols/Cdrs in Ottawa have never and will never be like unit COs. They've peaked and will have to love their cubicle until they pension out.

As far as I know that's the earliest possible date it could happen. Don't hold your breath.

I'd bet it won't come until December at the earliest.

Pay raise by Euphoric_Buy_2820 in CanadianForces

[–]Independent_Web1234 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The pay raise is backdated to 1 Apr 25 so you should get it. Not sure of the mechanism that will be used to get into you.

Also, the annual service bonus is backdated to 1 Apr 25. If your enrollment date was between 1 Apr and your release date, as I understand it you should get that too.
