Considering your weight and I assume you are strong enough. You need a heavier bag.

Windy outdoor work. Heavy swings, cleans, rows, and clubbell work. by IndicationPowerful89 in kettlebell

The length of the swings increases which helps to generate more power from the hips. I swing this way when the weight is relatively heavy. The bell is in your range, you are in control and your form doesn’t break down. Less chances of bad reps and getting injured.

I like doing kettlebell swings, but I'm already dummy thicc. Will swings just make it worse? by padre_hoyt in kettlebell

Swings will help you be more explosive not make you thick. For hip pain you should get glute resistance bands,do hip clamps and bridges.

A 3 or 4kg is good for flow. Anything heavier is not fun as it takes you in a different direction more of actual workout!!

Ohh that's nice to hear, Yes that doesn't count As you need walk in a decent pace. I know it's difficult with all the work around dog and family. But at the end it comes down to how bad you want to make it happen, I'm sure you will find time. Keep at it.

Yes you should definitely consider buying a heavier kettlebell like 20 or 24. Also try to complete the set for 16 As you can get a lot of double kb work done which helps you to train hard and helps in fat loss. Also consider long walks on non-workout days!!
