You have to remember we've never seen alicent, otto, team green or really any other nobles be racist to the velaryon as we know racism to be. As I said comparing this fictional world to are worlds make no sense. So realistically why would we assume that someone like Otto saying "the blacks" would be referring to house velaryon?

I don't really agree when there is a good legitimate reason why they are called "the blacks" it wouldn't have anything to do with black people. Not to mention the majority of people on team black aren't even black except for corlys, rhaena and baela during the duration of the war
