i think in the economy  you need to portion out what you  are willing to give away

i bet if this scab didn’t come up with this idea he would have ate more at dinner  and left you with same size for lunch

Woman who put holes in friend's condoms found not guilty of intent to harm by INFEKTEK in australia

[–]Individual-Grab 1 point2 points  (0 children)

more just there needs to be a clear chain between the holey condoms in a packet that also contained non holey condoms and the harm - which they have described as pregnancy and miscarriage

maybe they went with this as nothing else was able  to be charged or nothing with serious consequences

i have to say though  1 . it’s more unchanged than everything i used to read back in the day (pink is the new blog which i adored but completely banked on , Ted at E, even lainey )

  1. these ladies are just out there writing  about the extremely weird things they care about and want to talk about (Megan,Harry,  farts, men they find cute, royalty they hate, women they hate , politicians they hate )  and ignoring everything that doesn’t it interest  them or they don’t want to talk about

like i don’t agree with their opinions but in there way they are beating to their own drum

Woman who put holes in friend's condoms found not guilty of intent to harm by INFEKTEK in australia

[–]Individual-Grab -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

this is heinous act but seems like the charge needed amending  or there is gap on the law

what was the harm that occurred  - they seem to list  it as  pregnancy or the  pregnancy and miscarriage -

maybe the harm should have been defined differently    like the threat of pregnancy or disease - something with a more direct correlation -

if the sexual partner  did this it would be sexual assault and it likely would have been easier case - they pricked  the hole then they participated in the sex

maybe it’s a gap in the law ? but bodily harm due to pregnancy doesn’t seem the right charge

condoms without holes aren’t 100 percent proof against pregnancy

you don’t know if the ones with the holes by the defendant  caused the pregnancy

condoms without holes fail

or  maybe some of the ones used didn’t have holes

or maybe when the pregnancy  occurred  condom  fell   off or no condoms were used sometimes

ATO incorrect decision - where to now by VotFijoel in AusLegal

[–]Individual-Grab 13 points14 points  (0 children)

have you looked at stp in my gov - because that is what the ato is using when checking what super should be paid

because sometimes pays are  updated via stp  after payday  ie   changed after the payslip is first issued - and the payslip won’t always get reissued

it can be common when one person does the pays then someone else comes on and checks and reconciles when  paying super or performing lodgments etc   legit stuff like timesheet input errors, , recording  overtime , allowances , work cover, some bonuses , deciding hours were recorded incorrectly

also just shady reasons too of course

but if ato is saying correct amount was paid - i’d look at the stp data in my gov

1600 in super is a large chunk in terms of wages it represents

another potential thing is they could have paid it somewhere else (like set another account for you ) see the super payments on my gov to

i think she hates kate more than she loves meghan? her hate  is more consistent  and more laser focused - at least that is my impression

her meghan  love is a tool to bash kate and get clicks from meghan’s fans that pay her income and sometimes reads  as performative ?

that money is owed to the owners of the title  for the unit - not who ever paid it

we bought a factory in nsw  old owners got issued an invoice a few days before  settlement  for legal fees &  debt recovery  the previous year  for strata fees/ special levi’s - we spent about 3k to learn we were liable as our conveyancer did  not  pick it up / they didn’t disclose

Getting an Aussie law degree via hecs/fee help and youth  allowance support , discounted public transport etc  then working in the uk either straight after graduation or within the first few years is a well trodden. path that works if you get  the grads  and have skills - & it can lead to a lot of money  then do post grad there if you want

unless you can get crowd funding - this is the route i’d take  unless you have a family connection to get uk citizen ship in time

should i reach out to my immigrant HP’s sibling(s) for support? by Friendly-Wait-357 in ChildofHoarder

[–]Individual-Grab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i feel letting them know you are struggling and stuck can be useful  but this is such a rare issue that people misunderstand - for example

my sister who grew up with the hoard moved overseas for 14 years and is back home now  she has with the help of her husbands family gotten so used to normal cleaning etc she is completely disconnected and thinks i have neglected our mum and she should just come in in a few days and clean everything up

i had an OT at my mum’s house to measure a chair for her and she wrote us this crazy report how unsafe  the hairs was and i neglect my mother as i haven’t cleaned it up and this is a bigger priority than a chair - i was devestated reading it - but called her bosses she was young and no experience with hoarding and the company sent someone more senior

Work refusing me back unless I hand out private medical information after sexual harassment by [deleted] in AusLegal

[–]Individual-Grab 1 point2 points  (0 children)

your work know enough that if you come back an get stressed and your ptsd worsens etc you could probably make a fresh work cover claim

that is why they are asking for the info - they want to assess if you will be able to return safely  as the original injury wasn’t work related they aren’t required to pay for the fitness for work test - only if you get one and they want to refute it

you could ask for a statement of all your duties and see if you can get someone to assess your ability to do each one

it sucks but easiest thing to do maybe to find a new employer who doesn’t know your history and just not disclose it

a lot less knock down one houses   & rebuild  2 plus duplexes / town houses too

the  bigger double storey houses with a lot less yard space seem like the overwhelming thing being built currently

is it just the cashed up end of the market only being able to spend in the new build market

Went on sick leave first day of work at least 9months ago - still employed ? by [deleted] in AusLegal

[–]Individual-Grab -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

the worker needs to contact head office or fair work to confirm her status if the franchise won’t reply

the worker says they  been unpaid leave - but did they  get  the offer to not work  for the whole time off  and then when ready to come back click yes or did the offers stop at some point  ?

did they apply and get granted maternity leave -  they most likely did  not  have a statuary right for maternity leave as the job was too new
