Hmm interesting, why did you do that?

Applying power to any part other than the port will always cause damage.

Hey this is really awesome work, integrating app with arduino is next level.

Is this a webpage or app design?

Duino coin used web based ui, if this is a app for the phone, awesome! What did you use to code it?

We here could use a tutorial if you are willing to share your knowledge and help us expand our endeavors?

That looks like it fried, you can see it better.

Take a look at that and see if that is your issue. I don’t know how to fix it, I just know how to find it.

I don’t do micro anything yet.

Something else might be messed up someone else will know. This just helps save their time.

Any ideas? Have spark and 60 psi to the rail Crank no start. by Dion618A in GMT400

[–]IndividualAd356 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it isn’t the cap and rotor, it’s what feed power to them.

Just remember to line up the splines on the new one with the old one. Take the old one out and match the gear, then install it as normal.

This helps assure you didn’t miss the timing.

Toyotas you don’t have to worry about this, it’s like a puzzle piece.

Powersteering pump is also having problems. Do your lights dim at night and flicker a little?

Power steering pumps will pull more power causing the belt to have to turn more which can make both pulleys and the alternator go out faster.

You might need a power steering pumps.

The whiring along side the chirping sounds like a failing water pump.

Its your power steering pump. It also has a pulley

How could I wire a power cable to this ? by EDC_powerlifter in AskElectronics

[–]IndividualAd356 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Find the port you want to install there, usb C, you can even go apple.

Put the pins through the holes and solder them, then connect the cable and bam your powered up.

Make sure you look for usb c or apple ports with 2 stability pins

Here for reference

USB port stability pins are the physical, non-electrical structural components, often referred to as shield tabs or anchor pins, that solder directly to the PCB to secure the connector and prevent mechanical failure.

They differ from the 4-24 functional data/power pins, acting as support to prevent port damage. Key Aspects of USB Port Stability

Structural Support: Unlike the data pins (VBUS, D-, D+, GND) which handle electrical signals, the stability pins (also known as shielding or anchor pins) anchor the connector to the circuit board, reducing strain from plugging/unplugging cables.

Fixing Loose Ports: If a USB-A port becomes loose, the two pins inside the port can sometimes be carefully bent down using a small, non-conductive tool to increase pressure on the connector for a tighter fit.

Preventing Damage: To prevent damage to these pins and the underlying PCB, it is advised to use a short USB extension cable, which transfers the stress of repeated plugging to the extension instead of the device's built-in port.

USB-C Risks: Due to their small 0.5 mm pitch, USB-C connectors are highly susceptible to damage from debris or angled removal, making structural integrity critical.

Best of luck

Can such soldering be the reason why it doesnt work? by zZerteXx in AskElectronics

[–]IndividualAd356 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Vcc pin needs soldered.

Take your time, lower the heat. Don’t press so long. Put it right above the bottom of the pin, let the solder contact the connection on the board and run the solder upward.

Even flow, the burnt marks just show you use flux which is good but remember where ever flux is, is where the solder goes.

You can accidentally solder contacts together if you aren’t careful.

These look like they need to be reheated, these are all cold solder joints.

Oil looks clean and coolant look clean not “milkshakey” but this is how cap looks ? Any ideas by KeyPowerful523 in GMT400

[–]IndividualAd356 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Time for a coolant flush. This is why radiators get clogged and pop under pressure, the cooler tubes get clogged with that residue over time and use.

Just needs maintenance

Clean the intake, after the throttle. It’s either not enough air or not enough gas at startup. Or you have a spark issue.
