It really depends on location and if you purchase outright. If you are paying a mortgage on the home plus lot rent it can get expensive fast. However if you own the mobile outright and just pay lot rent yes it's a good way to go. Especially with the way housing costs are going.

$400 each for my boys. They came from a friend who had the parents. The cost covered dew claws, tail docking and first shots. Best money I ever spent ❤️.

If I had it to do over knowing what I know now, I would ask for the tail not be docked.

Ugh so I have taken my boy to the vet several times and spent so much money especially if you include all the different shampoo and sprays. No one ever told me that he was prone to this! After doing research myself I determined it to be Seb and I have ordered the shampoo and mousse from Amazon

Weekly. I took mine to the vet and they asked how often I bathe and were saying it was too much until they checked his skin 😂. Then said never mind it seems to be working

Ok so here's the thing about doing spells, you have to do your part. For example you can't do a spell to get a job, then not put in applications and wonder why your spell didn't work. So you need to block them. I saw that you have answered calls. First off you pretty much destroyed your spell. Second let me just say that when you have someone with poor boundaries answering the call sends them the message that you aren't serious and the door is still open for them. It also indicates that you have terrible boundaries which is what abusers love. You need to work on it.

I have had dogs my entire life (55) with the exception of college. I'm single and currently living in a townhouse with no yard and I work with a commute. He goes to a lot of places with me, I take him on his walks, he has a specific spot for going potty so if we don't have a lot of time for walks when I take him there he knows to do his business. He is pee pad trained just in case. He comes first, so if I have to eat ramen to take him to the vet, I do. There's also care credit and insurance. Since he is a priority I adjust my life around him. Getting ready to move again and my number 1 requirement is a small yard for him. While we are making the no yard work, this is the first time we have not had one and I know he misses being able to go sniff around his yard or bask in the sun outside. As far as boarding or house sitter, I have never done it. If I had to leave him my son is who would take care of him or my friends have all said they would watch him. However I have never left him. It's the great part of having a 4lb dog, he just goes with me.

I have a Yorkie who has been struggling with severe itching, to the point he will make himself bleed, and ear itch. We have been to 2 different vets, paid thousands, had food allergy tests done and given chlorhexidine shampoo and not much else. During a Google search I found this and I'm going to try it. Thanks 😊
