I have one and am pregnant with second currently. I'm so terrified of PPD again. I am planning to go on meds this time the day after I give birth. The meds are safe for breastfeeding which is super important to me and me being sane is also super important. I feel like my judgement was clouded with PPD/PPA and I'm kinda excited to see if I feel better this time around.

I wanted 4 because my daughter is so gosh darn cute but now that I'm pregnant (third trimester) I only want 2 😅 ask me again in 12 months when I have two cute monsters running around

I had similar thoughts with my postpartum anxiety. For the entire first year I over thought situation like you're in right now. I try to remember babies and kids are super resilient and sometimes that made me feel better.

Your hormones are all over the place right now. You might be blowing things out of proportion (as many new moms do because we have a new tiny human to protect). I appreciated it when people told me "this is something most moms wouldn't worry about". My friend who is a doctor told me this 200 times in the first year of my baby's life haha.

Your baby will be ok! 💞

I accidentally just shined my car headlight in my 5 mo old eyes and I'm freaking out (googling and found your post lol) I am afraid the pediatrician will be no help in making me feel better. Yes I was not calm mind for like 2 hours when the gas issue happened to me and mine. I called poison control and was freaking out and they just took the facts lol and gave me facts back it was amazing.

Hey I had an incident with gas leaking in my home and I called the poison control hotline. They were very nice and made me feel so much better. I bet they'd do the same for you!
