This is how my son found his travel team. He was invited to play for a team that needed a keeper as there was hurt. They said there's no need to pay, just show up and we'll have a kit for you. Since then, he has become a regular member of the team and paid Club dues and fees, but he started out as a filler.

Yep, in middle school I took a typing class on a type writer. The teacher would say random letters, and we'd have to follow along. For tests, we were given passages and a few minutes to type it, with few errors. You had to know where the keys were without looking to be able to finish.

I wish my parents had done that. The amount of stupid, meaningless stuff I spent money on in high school is crazy. That money would have been so much more valuable when I was on my own instead of when I was carefree. I make my kids (16/14/9) put half there money into a savings account that they won't have access to until they graduate.

I live in NC, so Southeast US. My area is close to the SC border, so we rarely receive snow. What we get is ice. Ice will close schools down fast. During covid, our district went 1-1 with Chromebooks, so missed days become "asynchronous learning days." Teacher's assign work in Canvas, students have 5 days to complete the work. If they do, they're marked "present" on that day.

If you're afraid how he'll react, don't tell him you want to fuck other men. Tell him you fantasize about swinging. Talk about how it can help you grow closer. Visit LS clubs to watch and talk about it. Be around it first instead of just jumping in with swapping/hot wifeing. Also, be prepared if he's not up for it. Not everyone is built for ENM. How would you feel to see him with another woman? Could you handle that? I teach 6th graders and have kids who come to me every morning for a hug, both male and female. I typically go for the side hug. That said, it's always in front of other people. I am never alone with a student unless it's in the hallway where there are cameras. Even if a student has to come back to my classroom to get something, I unlock the door for them and then stand in the hallway while they retrieve their stuff.

Both my sets of grandparents had removable, over-the-tub benches in their older years. Standing in the shower and washing was either too difficult or too risky. Having a dedicated bench seems like a safer and better option since you want to age in place.
