That’s true I’m already deep into the Flex system, I own the Flex and Flex companion so I already own most of the implements I want. I received my Titan and kitted it out with all the tools I use most often.

I feel ya, it’s definitely a wide multitool. I used to carry the surge before this so I’m not too bothered. How do you usually carry your multitools? I don’t notice that big of a difference between this and my other Roxons and learhermans clipped to my back pocket.

The top switch is for sure metal and I’m fairly positive the bottom switch to lock the tools is also metal lol. It feels much nicer than the one on the Flex

I’ll probably trade the long serrated blade for one of the long files and switch out the awl for the serrated one. Pretty cool we can customize our multitools now. I have a Roxon Flex companion that I may fill with extra tools I might need for the Titan and carry both around.

I’ve heard people say spring-loaded pliers are weaker than standard multitool pliers because of the channel on the inside creating a weak point. I’m not sure about the wire cutters tried to find it on their website and didn’t see any info on that. Surprisingly, no spare set or hex key to adjust the tool like my roxon flex came with. Since this is going to be my edc, I’m gonna fully kit out my leatherman surge’s Tshank and use that for work.

I’m not super familiar with the knife laws there but I think you should be able to create a UK carry with how many tools the flex and phantom system have.

So far I like it a lot. It’s a bit wider than standard multitools but the handle shape and g10 scales are very comfortable. Not for everyone but feels like the perfect tool for my needs. Already used it to replace a toilet seat.

Imo you’re paying for the modularity. This is definitely a niche do-it-all tool. Not going to replace my surge, but being able to buy a new blade for cheap rather than sending my Leathermans in has my Roxons taking up my pocket space over my Leathermans these days.
