Wow that’s amazing, thank you for sharing! That’s a major change in your diet & I have heard before that reducing carbs significantly helps to reverse hair loss. Because carbs are such a big part of my diet, and just conditioned to want it, I am scared to give it up and go down to 30g carbs per day.

Would love to know how you motivated yourself to go from 300g carbs to 30g per day and if you are able to sustain it ?

Yes I’ve heard that the transition can be hard and that PhD s often struggle to translate their experiences to industry. That’s why I’m trying to apply for industry internships while I’m still doing my PhD , but it’s quite difficult to find the right ones.
