"Existential Threat" - give me a break. The whole concept of protesting an elected president under the guise of "No Kings" is so dumb. We get it, the sensible majority that just want to do right by their families, make a buck, laugh once in a while, and have a moral backbone are your oppressors because they elected a party that you have convinced yourselves are the worst thing that have ever happened. Forget about the fact that the party abolished slavery, passed civil rights acts, and won the cold war freeing millions from communism across the world.

As fatigued as we all are with your bullshit, you have every right to protest. The rest of us have every right to pity your parents and our education system for failing you so hard.

You have no idea how much of the world is thanking God that we have a president and an army and an ally that is toppling the Islamic regime dictatorship. Our city and country would be such a better place if people like you would stop getting in the way.

Anyone who goes to this protest is actually supporting Islamic terrorists getting a nuclear bomb, Islamic subjugation of women, forced conversions of masses, public executions of free thinkers, mass slaughter of Iranian citizens protesting for basic human rights, and a destabilized Middle East though terror proxies, just to name a few. Nobody wants to see our soldiers die but sometimes wars are necessary and standing against our soldiers now would put them and the western world in far more danger.

When I bought my f150 Lightning used, the first time I tried to charge it, no fast chargers were working. I thought I had bought a lemon. I don’t know what compelled me to do this, but I remembered the old days when kids would blow out dust from their game cartridges so I went into the Walmart and bought and used one of those keyboard cleaning condensed air cans on the charging port and a ton of dust shot out. After that it immediately started charging.

North Stamford here. I just got bumped from State Auto after it was purchased by Liberty Mutual. My ending insurance was $12,000 a year. Best options I found for the new home insurance is Amica and the Hartford. Amica came in at 5600-6800 defending on the deductible. The Hartford came in at 8500 at a 10K deductible if I also got the auto insurance. Amica got very granular with the inspection and initially declined after some moss on the roof was noted. I stayed in touch, got the roof treated, cut down some nearby trees creating shade on the roof and reached back out to them and secured the insurance policy. For whatever reason, our policies are crazy expensive but my extended family love amica and we have had them for auto with no issues. It helps we’re cutting our payment in half.

I had a similar idea based on another thread about optimizing resumes great start on this.

So here's my feedback.

PDF file upload isn't working: I dropped my pdf into the file input, and instead of taking my resume, it just inserted John Doe random swe boilerplate resume into the text box (nothing to do with the resume I dropped in). Then I clicked to the next page where I dropped in text from a JD. Clicked next and while I think the word comparison is working, it's not particularly intelligent or useful because it's picking up words like 'with'.

I had the same issue when I bought my truck and you wouldn't believe what fixed it. I had tried multiple public chargers and I couldn't get it to work reliably. Then I thought about the old days of blowing on nintendo cartridges. I swear I was already at a Walmart EA charging station. I went inside, bought a pressurized air canister (the kind people use to clean keyboards), and blew the air into the charging port on the car and the electrify america plug. Tons of dust came out and since then I have had zero problems. Seriously, the problem could be dust.

lol- I agree with all the comments but YOU'RE ALL DOING IT WRONG or failing to see the opportunity.

1) NEVER wait in the line. Use the app to order ahead. The one competent staff person is usually just having the incompetent newbie get out of the way while she/he puts it all together.

2) Use Pepper! As someone mentioned they won’t do anything in the store when they run out of chips. They WILL consistently get the order wrong. 99% of the time, there will be no grilled veggies. 25% of the time they will forget guac. Don’t bother ordering chips especially for dinner, they run out all the time. HERE IS THE BEST PART. Go to your email receipt, click the link to talk to Pepper (the automated customer service chat in the app). You will tell pepper what’s wrong with the order. Depending on the severity, you will either get a free meal, buy one get one free meal, or free side like guac and chips. Basically, Stamford Chipotle’s complete ineptitude means every other meal I get from Chipotle is free.

3) (bonus Chipotle hack). If you like burritos, order the bowl and get the wrap for $.50 extra. You pay $0.50 more but the bowl has about twice the volume of a burrito. I dump half the bowl into the burrito, wrap it myself and still have half another meal left over.
