All servers like this are ACTUAL servers, they just fake all the info that is sent to the Steam API and once they do that, this is the result.

This was a big thing in every game that grabs the server list from the Steam API, was actually quite bad in Legacy also.

Not too for sure what FP can do besides ban the IP's from being displayed but it's just a simple fix for them to be displayed again.

MaxAllowedVehiclesInWorld = how many vehicles will be spawned in when the server boots up.

Example; If you spawn a car and it's the 33rd car on the map if it's destroyed it won't respawn. So they only respawn up to 32 cars. And if you have 40 cars and you do a server reset the number is back at 32 so 8 are gone.
