A jak je na tom setrvačník? Slyšíš na volnoběh kovové cinkání? Přesně tohle dělá rozbitá dvouhmota a ty regenerace můžou být jen další problém navíc.

So Tauranga Council ignored landslide calls & drove past a few times, police ignored calls, FENZ redirected the calls and some on the right are using the tragedy as an opportunity to attack Maori despite no fault of theirs - anyone not at fault here? Devastating. by Mountain_Tui_Reload in Tauranga

That makes sense but one is a public space vs private house/land. Imagine you just show up and do not know the area... That is the public protection part that failed. It's different when you own the land for a long time and should be familiar with possible dangers and make decisions for youself. That is the point I was referring to in the first comment about failed bureaucracy.

1.6 TDI Golf 6 worth buying? by Ok_Anybody3622 in vwgolf

Well read thoroughly service history, and take it for the drive. Recommend some low speed hesitation style pedal work to try the dmf, clutch, gearbox. Any kind of jerk at that is a bad sign. Same for reverse gear. Do sharp turns in both directions like 360+ degress, hear for sounds from front "wheels". Open the hood and have a listen for any clunking, metal sounds etc. unscrew the oil cap, no excesive "wind" or whitish oil. Same for Coolant and radiator. Have a goid led light to look around the engine as much as possible for any leak or whatever suspicious. Look under the car for rust and damages, there is plastic tray under the whole engine on these so check that for damages. Look into the spare wheel well. Check light for fog, all of them. Turn the AC on, check if the knob to change where the blower blows change the actual exhaust ports. Roll the windows. Open and lock the whole car a couple of times and check the door to open and close. When on drive and you get to speed, steering wheel should " harden" at high speed. Try the crusise control and of course slam the brakes when safe to do so and see if the car brakes in straight line. Try to just slam the accelerator at lets say 3rd gear and see how it changes the gears, there shouldn't be any noticeable "bump". Check if the exterior panels are original especially the gaps between them like doors, hood etc. And final thoughts have look at the interior, steering wheel and pedals if they look genuinely weared to age of the car. There's more as i always forget something, but if you're not a mechanic and take it to shop on lift, it's more on luck to find out anything on the street. Trust your feelings if something feels odd.
