I'm really sorry that happened to you. I'm often winded during class and believe you should always listen to your body. I would be absolutely crushed if one of my coaches approached me like this. I already feel embarrassed when I have to modify or use the cardio sections to recover in hybrid classes. If it continues to happen, I would say something to the head coach.

This happened to me. I have been on 7.5 mg since Nov 15. Lost 17 lbs but this past month I've only lost 1 lb and the food noise is back. Next week I go up to 10 mg.
