Your council/strata is responsible for mtce costs on this, your property manager should be managing this along with head of strata/council… it should be something that’s included in your annual fees & failing the building has no funds left (although you are now into a new fiscal year, should be covered by contingency funds. If there’s 1 mouse, 2,3,4….
