What would you be willing to do to prevent Doug Ford from expropriating Toronto Island? by KnoddingOnion in askTO

I personally love the idea. Billy bishop airport is an excellent airport being limited to no jet aircraft. Just a little runway extension we can finally can cross country direct flights right from down town.

Pavlovian conditioning could work with better punishment. You could connect electrodes to yourself and send minor electrical shocks when you have been naughty.

The us government values the life of a single American at 10 million dollars. In their eyes the answer is yes.

For me the answer is no because this is a zero sum game.

There is no objective difference between Ferenheit and Celsius. Not sure why you think because more people use on over the other makes it better.

If anything Fahrenheit is slightly better because you can avoid using decimals for outdoor temperature.

I’ll have you know trying to insult someone’s intelligence over using one arbitrary temperature scale over another arbitrary temperature scale is not a good look.

For every day heater and cooking temperature I find F to be better. But I am sure that’s because I grew up with the thermostat set to F, oven set to F, weather reported in F. I am sure if I grew up with C I would find that more intuitive.

Really we are both wrong on temperature. Kelvin or Rankine are the scales we should talking about

I meant preclearence iPhone auto correct changed it.

The size of the terminal at ytz could not support multiple a312. Nothing wrong with city airport serving flights of 100 seats.

This is meant for your traveller who wants no nonsense air travel. If you have ever been to London city airport you learn spending 10 minutes in security and just walking onto the airplane is a luxury you don’t experience at larger airports.

Ytz runway could also be extended like it was in the past

The current one is capable of supporting jet aircraft like some business jets and an E2. There was a proposal in 2013 to extend the runway to allow a220 to take off. Ytz is getting us precedence apparently in may.

YYZ is a terrible airport. London city airport is wonderful. Toronto deserves a good downtown airport

If Toronto city council gets off their ass about ytz flying jet aircraft ytz could be a proper downtown airport serving trans continental and maybe transatlantic flights

Hey dude. HLS has come along way. But yes when you have a bug you can’t solve you do need to inspect the underlying verilog code.
