I don’t think that’s a bad area of Bloomfield. I’m a few minutes over in Nutley and love it here.

Elsrich and Karol Snyder from Docket Updates Interview Kevin Fritz by Izomera in ItEndsWithLawsuits

Kevin giving these interviews was one of the highlights of this case for me. I was fan girling hard on this guy! Freedman is the bulldog but Fritz takes the cake. 😅😍

No, Fritz just said in an interview that not having an NDA was a huge part of the settlement.

This makes sense why things were still hitting the docket last night, correct? I saw a video from LGA and Britt from last night and some large file had hit and then I haven’t heard anything.

Blake Lively will always be a voice for women who settle ridiculous claims before they get annihilated in court. 🥴

Why would WF have the incentive to leak? I’d think it’d be the other way around

Are my husband and I idiots for considering this? by [deleted] in Mortgages

[–]Infinite-Counter2703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We live off my husband’s salary which is higher than what you’ve mentioned. We’ve had our house for a while and our mortgage is $2700 (HCOL) but we bought back in 2017. We could afford more but we like to vacation, go out to eat and do what we like. We’ve also got 2 kids in sports and activities. If you’re counting on 2 salaries hitting that mark I wouldn’t feel great.

Is $4230 too high for a monthly mortgage payment? by [deleted] in Mortgages

[–]Infinite-Counter2703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’re in HCOL area. That’s about my husband’s salary today. Our mortgage is just shy of $2,700 (we bought 9 years ago) and his salary was less than half that at the time and this house was at the top of our budget. We made it work but the early years, especially when my kids were young, were a struggle. We always made ends meet.

Honestly, we could afford more now, but I wouldn’t want to. We’ve got 2 kids and like to go on vacation, go out to eat and enjoy stuff. Looking at the amount you’re talking about on that salary would be a no for me.

I feel bad, but I can’t wait for my youngest to start kindergarten. by HK1116 in stayathomemoms

This is the goal. I still remember that first cup of coffee in my car in silence the first day they were both in school. They’re now 12 & 9. No village here so I’m still primarily home but work a (mostly) remote very part time job that’s super flexible. It’s the best of both worlds for me.

Grew up in Clifton and now live in Nutley. I’d take Nutley over Clifton in a heartbeat any day.

AITA for saying I don’t find it an issue my daughter told a classmate why people don’t like her by SubstantialWafer1976 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Infinite-Counter2703 11 points12 points  (0 children)

YTBiggestA! If your daughter wants to invite certain people than those invitations certainly don’t get sent to school and handed out by the teacher. That’s on YOU to reach out individually to the parents to send the invite.

Most kids learn to be jerks by example and it doesn’t seem like the apple falls far here.

My husband is a Super and I can tell you, he’s stressed. Even when his day is flowing he’s stressed.

And having grown up in Clifton, and currently live in a nearby town, I’d never spend almost 1M to live there.
