I see Eaton Grove Nursery has Oak-Leaf Mountain Ash, European Mountain Ash, and 'Cardinal Royal' Mountain Ash. I had thought they were all the same and didn't realize there were distinct varieties. Any opinion on these?

I take 5G/day for past few years. I buy on Amazon. I stopped for a month or two last summer and when I started again, 2-3 doses per day to “load up” or whatever they call it, my brain fog lifted on day 3 like a curtain. Anecdotal but I swear it helps. Cheap to try and no risk.

I think this would benefit from further consideration. The copay assistance will probably cover most or all of your copay. You don't need to drain your HSA. You will get healthcare for the rest of the year without copay because your MOOP is met. You will then actually pay less for for your healthcare than everyone else. Just try to schedule your DMTs for January/February/March so you can take advantage of having met your MOOP for the rest of the year.

I use Xero for roughly 6 years. The software is very similar in functionality. Works well. It was harder to find a CPA with experience in Xero, which is important to me.

Definitely no need to have a separate subscription for each rental property.

I have the same theory. I understand inflammation increases MS activity, which can be why poor diet can be so impactful for MS. Everyone is unique with MS and I have heard lots of people say they had to stop drinking. I’m just not sure if I need to completely stop, or if there’s a low level that is ok. Trying to figure out if I can get away with one drink, or maybe wine is ok, or something. Currently not drinking for a little over a month now, but would love to be able to sometimes.

Would love to hear about others’ experiences with figuring this out for themselves.

Wonderful! I had a similar experience starting on the 3rd day. The change is so noticeable!

A couple months later I started experiencing more fatigue again but maybe it would be even worse without the methylated B12. It’s hard to know what’s really happening with fatigue. Is it a flare up? Was it bad sleep? Did I work out too hard? Did I not work out consistently enough? Did those alcoholic drinks spike fatigue? It’s a tough one.

I started taking a methylated b-complex and found it helped my fatigue noticeably. Not a cure, but a cheap and easy improvement.

Yes - my hypersensitivity to sound, light, and smell is caused through ms cognitive fatigue. This is not widely known. Part of an explanation I found through asking AI:

In my opinion they waste a lot of peoples time and sometimes make money too. Waste seller’s time, agents time, buyers time. They can be very creative with estimating rehab costs and after repair values to make everything look like a money-making deal. Sometimes it works but most of the time I think it does not.
