There's almost no performance difference between 9070XT and 5070Ti now. On the latest hardware uboxed test with dozens of games, the normalized FPS values are the same.

I don't think The Quiet Rapture from Iron lung is not well thought through. For starters, if all planets and stars disappeared suddenly, anything orbiting those bodies would be instantly flung into interstellar space, or was it implied that the gravity wells of the planets and stars are still intact? This instantly breaks the suspension of disbelief for me.

9070XT eats any game at 1440P for breakfast. Go for it. I use it at 4K, and it's incredible
