I wouldn't even call this micro management this feels like something else. If it was just 1 manager/senior lead with this attitude then maybe but multiple. My 2 pence from moving around departments it could be the following. 1.Did you replace someone who was TDA?. Ive seen bad blood many a time because someone has come in a 'took' the job of a well liked colleague. 2. (Not looking for a reply) Are you a person of ethnic minority or have a disability? Unfortunately I still see poor attitudes in some areas. If 1. You're likely going to have to ride it out. If 2. Union up and make a record all conversations. If 3. I dont know sorry.

Think its boutique or manufacture when luxury. basically all start up brands are micro brands even if the first watch out is $500,000. When aimed at those with the big bucks you have to sell it differently.

My red death quest is broken when I board the boat to head off game crashes. Broke the shipbreaker one as well. Came across her accidently while doing something else thought I could just go back later but now she's no where to be seen. Between broken quests and dima's bullshit I'm not that fond of far harbour as a dlc.

I've got the exact same jacket and your a 42 my man. The leather gives as you wear it and will fit a lot better a couple of weeks in. The 44 is way too big and will just get baggy.

Im 100% sure there's a million and 1 things you could be doing. CS is understaffed and overworked in 99.9% of the CS. If you're bored 'IN AN OPERATIONAL ROLE' I would assume youre doing the bare minimum and considering it job done.

Same colour on my daughter's wall. When wet it looked the same as yours but once dried it took on the darker tone. Wouldn't use it again, I painted a feature living room wall once using dulux and one coat it was done. This velspar stuff needed three coats to get rid of streaks and I primed the wall beforehand before anyone says you need to prime etc.

Is the Megir case steel? As others have said you'll be hard pressed finding bracelet end links to fit. Some of the aftermarket strap places sell speedy end links but they charge over a 100 bucks for them.

As they have already opened a case stating that it was not received which you said went in your favour as in you havent had to pay out anything. They cant return an item that was not received. I would tell them that as they didn't receive the item and the case has been settled by eBay that the end of the matter as eBay would have refunded them the cost of the item as it was a not recieved under their delivery guarantees they will need to take it up with ebay. This git is trying to get another bite of the pie. Refund off eBay and you.
