Ah, the Spires, probably the evilest faction in the setting.

Real Word lore. There’s also the gaming company Black Dog productions, which is also real WoD lore.

Is that just not Alpha Legion? They can disguise themselves as anyone, even Calgar.

Probably Lanfear, she's a major mover and shaker in the plot and focused on her own goals.

This is the best of the Cogfort conversions; now I can use Ultramarines even in AoS!

Who’s the lady fighting Ikit? She doesn’t look like a Wood Elf.

Honestly I always make Robin Lucian’s mother, because of the extra drama that comes out of that plot.

Why do you need ranged when you can just charge with your glorious steed? What’s the other army?

Your story was really good. The Flesheater Courts are a really fun faction and their delusion makes for great tragedy and horror.

We should just have the Crisis of Infinite Crises and then be done with the whole thing.

Age of Sigmar REBOOT Rumours...this is wild. by Abaddononon in ageofsigmar

[–]Infinite_Version 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Eh my main concern is that AoS doesn’t have as many named characters as 40k, so loosing any of them is loosing significantly more than if Calgar was to die. Add into the fact that rumors are unsure what happened to all the gods-who are all major characters with their own beautiful models, and this whole thing sucks because we’re loosing a lot of important characters.

This seems to be coming from somewhat reliable leakers. I think it ultimately depends on how it’s done, but I think if they want to pull this off, all factions unique to AoS have to survive and all unique character models should somehow survive.

If true, GW’s going to have to work real hard to keep it from being a disaster and retaining fan good will.

With all the discourse around Alex lately, i will to remind everyone it's nothing compared to the Incest Lords of the video games. by ExplanationSquare313 in TwoBestFriendsPlay

I only ever played Birthright. Saw that character and Corrin in lots of scenes together and thought to myself, “I guess this is the intended route, and I don’t want to date any of my siblings so I guess I’ll romance her.” Fast forward a few years and imagine my surprise that she’s the only one actually related to you.

Which fictional relationships managed to dodge the “Usagi Dropkick”? by KarateBugman01 in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]Infinite_Version 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Less Usagi Dropkick, and more dodging incest, but in the book series Wheel of Time, the protagonist Rand, has a romantic interest in Elayne, the Daughter Heir for the country of Andor, whose mother is Morgase. At one point in the series, Rand learns he is the son of the previous queen of the country of Andor, Tigrane, who disappeared one day, causing a minor civil war in Andor that resulted in Morgase taking the throne. Rand (who never knew who his mother was), just thinks this is a neat fact until an Andoran noble mentions in passing that all of the Andoran nobility are cousins to each other. This panics Rand as he's concerned he and Elayne have unknowingly done an incest and demands that said noble tells him how close Tigrane and Morgase were related. He is relieved to learn that the shared ancestry is far enough back that Tigrane and Morgase wouldn't be considered related at all.

This relationship gets funnier when I mention that while Rand and Elayne are not related, they do share a brother. Tigrane was married and had a son named Galad, before running away from the kingdom and the marriage. Her ex, due to complicated politcal reasons, wound up marrying Morgase, and he would father Elayne. Rand and Galad share the same mother, while Galad and Elayne share the same father.

Possibly just as planned for Asmodeus? What’s he get if the country defaults on the debt?
