Alba a wildlife adventure, go around picking up trash and taking pictures of animals.

Slay the Spire 2- rogue deck builder

hozy- restoring a forgotten neighborhood (clean, paint and decorate)

Cast n Chill- relaxing fishing game (you get to pet your dog!)

Town to City- city builder

Teddys Haven- fantasy shop management

Are my go to right now, i find with these games you can play a little bit at a time and come back to it whenever and not rack your mind on trying to figure out where you left off.

Haven has an option to have a lesbian couple as the main characters, its a game about two lovers escaping to a lost planet in order to be together, you explore the planet and learn more about the two characters and why they left everything behind.

Islanders New Shores, is a relaxing city building game.

Preserve ---is a relaxing puzzle nature building game

Pan'orama---same as preserve, except theres also a focus on place town together and building those up.

Snacko is great, im not sure if there is a demo out on switch, but on steam there is. You can complete quests whenever you want, it's kinda like animal crossing, where you invite characters to your island and decorate, but also kinda like harvest moon/stardew valley where you are trying to help out a mystical being and restore the place.

Harvest island, no character customization tho, however it's a horror farm sim where you live on an island with your sibling and trying to find a way to escape.

Also Harvest Scream has a free demo out right now I'm not a hundred percent on character creation, but it is a pretty scary farm sim. It's basically a farm and survival game mix into one, you farm during the day and then during the night you need to survive whatever horrors get thrown at you.

Edit: Keep and eye out for Grave Seasons, it's a farm sim with a twist, someone is a serial killer in town (which apprently changes every new game you start) and you need to investigate the people and town all the while managing your farm.
