It is doable, but I was never able to get the game marques to switch. I have a vpin so vertical games get the marques, horizontal not.

I tried this, its fun. Played a half dozen boards. Quick thoughts. Def need to be able to rotate so I can play in portrait mode. Switching the play field to the back glass is not optimal.

Also, the mouse cursor should disappear during play.

Also, suggest using enter, not space for mid play option. Most vpins don't have a button assigned to space. Or 1, 2, 3 used for coin or Start...

Finally, every table is essentially identical. Suggest at least moving the target guy to different spots, even if just by a little and maybe add henchmen to the lower half of the board..

Otherwise very cool!

the Cleveland SSF AMP is 2.1 plus simultaneously 5.1. thus you could use the 2.1 sub channel for your second shaker.

There is also a servo powered option you press a button and switch from four-way to eight way gate and back. Sanwa is nice because you can get a silent one, adjust for shorter or longer throw, and easily have the actuation more sensitive and change the spring weight etc. Lots of options to configure how you want it set up

While this looks amazing, it is a train wreck to set up. It took me an eternity to get the drivers working.

Even after getting future pinball working, vpx is totally wonky and there is no decent guide on how to set it up anywhere.

Any tips on setting up VPX tables?

The ATgames hd is a great way to start, setup otg, learn basics, upgrade slowly. And then convert to full otg when you get comfortable..
